Seeking a reliable Operations & Administrative Assistant to handle core execution work: payroll processing, invoicing, data entry, and basic reporting. This is a hands‑on support role focused on accuracy, organization, and follow‑through. This role is expected to require 10–15 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time position.
Responsibilities- Create basic reports and summaries (25%)
- Inbox, scheduling, and general admin support (25%)
- Prepare, send, and track invoices (10%)
- Data entry and maintenance of records (20%)
- Process payroll and related admin tasks (20%)
- 1–3 years admin or operations experience
- Comfortable with payroll, invoicing, and spreadsheets
- Must be based in the United States / able to work EST
- Detail-oriented, organized, dependable
- $30-40/hr (1099)
