A large educational network is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across 6–7 programs. This role requires excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
Draft, edit, and manage proposals, reports, and service documents
Track deadlines, timelines, and deliverables for multiple programs
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications
Oversee administrative functions across educational programs
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong writing and communication skills
Exceptional organization and multitasking ability
Experience in education, nonprofit, or human services a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a female-led team environment
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
This is a great opportunity for a skilled administrator to play a key role in supporting educational leadership.
Salary: $65k - $85k/Year
