Summary
Work for a prestigious executive search/consulting firm working closely with one Executive. Responsibilities will include being first point of contact with clients, creating and revising all documents in Word and PowerPoint, database and client management, and heavy scheduling of client meetings. Travel arrangements and expense reimbursements. Maintain highly confidential information. Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done!
QualificationsBachelor's degree plus 5+ years of prior support or coordination experience required including at least 2 years supporting a senior executive. Experience in a financial services, professional services or comparable environment is preferred. Strong MS Office Skills including Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Must be comfortable with new software and technology, including some experience with a CRM. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and have an ability to create a structured work flow. Must be effective and efficient in a fast paced environment.
