Guest Services Assistant

Our client is a prestigious law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Guest Services Assistant to support the NYC office on a temporary basis
. This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan.

• Provide first-rate customer service to all guests and clients
• Coordinate conference room reservation requests and book accordingly
• Utilize conference room booking software to reserve rooms and record requests
• Address client and guest needs, inquiries, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
• Monitor conference rooms and report facilities issues
• Coordinate catering and audio-visual services
• Pay rate: $28-30 per hour

• Time Commitment:
  Full time
  , with an assignment length of at least 6 months

• 2+ years’ experience in Front of House roles such as reception, concierge, or conference room services in a professional services or high-end hospitality setting (i.e., hotels, restaurants, spas)
• Personable, professional, and highly customer service oriented
• ESP
  2000 or Rendezvous experience, a plus!
• Tech savvy, confident in Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software quickly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
