Overview
Our client, a luxury NYC-based real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the company President. This position is based on site at their Midtown Manhattan office. They are a tight-knit team and offer excellent benefits, including generous PTO.
Responsibilities- Provide general administrative assistance to the President
- Act as primary gatekeeper and communications liaison for the President
- Answer phones and greet guests in a professional manner
- Proactively manage the President’s calendar and keep them apprised of commitments
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Provide Family Office support, as needed
- Salary: $75-90k annually, based on experience
- Excellent benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO
- College degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Must have previous Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, or similar industry experience
- Proactive team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
