Be the person who makes every lease feel effortless.

We’re hiring a
Leasing Coordinator
for a fast-moving real estate firm that manages a high volume of rental deals. Your job: take every approved application and turn it into a fully executed, paid, and move-in-ready lease — with zero loose ends, delays, or errors.

This role is built for someone who loves order, works fast without sacrificing accuracy, and can confidently manage multiple deals at once while keeping every party informed and every detail documented.

What You’ll Own
  • From approval to lease signing
    :
Handle all post-underwriting steps — landlord communication, document prep, and deal closeout.
  • Submit application packages
    :
Send verified deal files to landlords, agents, and tenants and manage all correspondence.
  • Prepare leases correctly
    :
Fill out management-specific templates, apply proper initials and tags, and manage signatures through Docu Sign or Doc Hub.
  • Track every dollar
    :
Log security deposits, commissions, and management fees, and make sure payments are fully reconciled.
  • Keep systems accurate
    :
Update leasing and payment data inside Google Sheets, Excel, and internal trackers.
  • Own the follow-up
    :
Confirm signed docs, payment proof, guarantor forms, and anything else needed to finalize a deal.
  • Maintain clean communication
    :
Create group chats or direct threads so no one is ever guessing about next steps.
  • Edit files fast
    :
Use Adobe Acrobat to clean, update, and finalize documents.
  • Light bookkeeping
    :
Assist with invoices and approvals in Quick Books with proper documentation.
  • Cross-train
    :
Learn the underwriting process so you can support the team when needed.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years in leasing coordination, property management, or real estate operations
  • Strong understanding of rental paperwork, income verification, and standard deal requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English — clear, professional, confident
  • Proficient in Docu Sign, Doc Hub, Excel, Quick Books, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized and accurate — able to manage multiple active deals at once
  • Proactive — you don’t wait for instructions, you anticipate what’s next
  • Familiarity with NYC or other high-volume real estate markets is a strong plus
Why This Role Matters

In high-volume leasing, speed means nothing without accuracy. You are the person who makes sure every lease gets signed, every payment is recorded, and every move-in happens without a scramble. When you do your job well, everyone — landlord, tenant, and internal team — feels the process was seamless.

If you take pride in precision, enjoy being the most reliable person in the room, and like owning a process from start to finish, this role was made for you.
