Job Title: Maintenance Records Coordinator
Location:
Horseheads, NY
Shift: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Pay Range: $20 - $25 Per Hour
Role Summary
- Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and controlling all maintenance-related documentation for the plant.
- Ensure that technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and maintenance records are accurately filed, easily retrievable, and properly stored in both electronic and physical formats.
- Focus on execution of documentation, consistency, and ongoing upkeep within an established file structure.
- Manage the intake, scanning, and filing of documents into the maintenance drive.
- Ensure materials are stored in the correct virtual and paper locations.
- Operate a plotter/scanner to store and manage large-format documents.
- Participate in a weekly review meeting for guidance and clarification.
- Develop familiarity with the documentation and filing standards.
- Operate independently over time, applying judgment to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfort with computer systems.
- Ability to operate a plotter/scanner.
