Client Project Administrator (Hybrid)

Broadridge’s Registered Issuer client services team is seeking a Client Project Administrator based out of our Edgewood, NY office. In this role, you will manage the internal aspects of client projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage internal aspects of Registered Issuer client projects, including workflow coordination, tracking, and follow‑ups.
  • Analyze departmental operations to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Complete daily assigned tasks within established time frames to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders on mailing status, project progress, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain internal tracking reports to ensure projects advance efficiently and remain on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Senior Client Relations Administrators and Key Account Managers to deliver successful client campaigns.
  • Communicate and raise client or internal concerns when appropriate to ensure proactive problem‑solving.
  • Apply sound judgment to resolve routine and moderately complex issues independently.
  • Demonstrate Broadridge’s culture and values by maintaining an “above‑the‑line” attitude in all interactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating projects or administrative workflows within an operations or client service environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of securities industry operations or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with moderate supervision.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $26–$28 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate’s final salary, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
