Our client, a mission-driven organization providing a wide range of social services to low-income New Yorkers, is seeking a Document Review Clerk to support their Holocaust Survivor Program. With a focus on self-sufficiency and dignity, their services include emergency food, affordable housing, crisis intervention, senior services, and family violence prevention.
Base pay range$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Job Function- Provide administrative support for case management, including scheduling, document preparation, and client communication.
- Coordinate logistics for socialization events, such as managing RSVPs, materials, and venue arrangements.
- Prepare and submit assistance applications; maintain accurate data entry and documentation in systems like Salesforce.
- Keep client files organized and updated with all interactions and service changes in line with program protocols.
- Attend team meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-up tasks and documentation.
- Develop and share program materials and presentations with partner agencies to support outreach and collaboration.
- Monitor client caseloads, generate reports, and ensure compliance with program and agency guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of intake/document validation experience coming from Non‑Profit, Legal, or related field.
- Must be fluent in Russian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic recordkeeping, and relevant software is required.
