Administrative Assistant: $63,566- $80,962 (Represented by TWU; New Hire: $55,272)
Senior Admin. Assistant: $78,677 - $104,555 (Represented by TWU; New Hire: $68,416)

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for inbound telephone inquiries and provide claim forms upon request.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Compile and updated reports on legal documentation to support efficient data entry processes.
  • Execute accurate data entry of claims and large volumes of legal documents, ensuring seamless workflow operations, and work on special projects as assigned by management.
Education and Experience for Senior Administrative Assistant
  • ABaccalaureatedegree fromanaccreditedcollege AND two(2) years of satisfactory responsible full-time paid experience in a government agency, business firm, civic organization, or educational institution, conducting administrative or management studies,orassistinganexecutiveindirectingtheadministrationofalargeorganizational segment, or directing or coordinating the administration of several small organizational segments, or performing any appropriate combination of these duties; OR
  • An associate degree from an accredited college or completion of two (2) years of study(60credits) atanaccreditedcollege

    ANDfour(4) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsible full-time paid clerical experience, at least two (2) years of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described in 1 above; OR
  • Ahighschooldiplomaorequivalentandsix(6) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsiblefull- time paid clerical experience, at least two (2) years of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described in 1 above; or
  • A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. However, all candidatesmustpossessthetwo(2) yearsofadministrativeexperienceasdescribed above.
  • Education and Experience for Administrative Assistant
  • ABaccalaureatedegreefromanaccreditedcollege; OR
    • An associate degree from an accredited college or completion of two (2) years of study(60credits) atanaccreditedcollegeandtwo(2) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsible full-time paid clerical experience, at least one (1) year of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described above; OR
    • Ahighschooldiplomaorequivalentandfour(4) yearsofsatisfactoryresponsiblefull-time paid clerical experience, at least one (1) year of which must have been in an administrative capacity as described above; OR
    • A satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience. However, all candidatesmustpossesstheone(1) yearofadministrativeexperienceasdescribed above.
    Desired Skills
    • Ability to handle large volumes of sorted work
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
