What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Optimize executive schedules by ensuring clear agendas and prioritization for meetings
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper for meeting requests, ensuring alignment with priorities
  • Identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps, providing proactive solutions
  • Support logistics for internal and external events, offsites, and team meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, with at least 3 years supporting SVP or C-level leaders
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly responsive and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting sales executives or leaders in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Previous work in a high-growth organization
  • Experience in both start-ups and large enterprises
  • Interest in the SaaS industry and a desire for long-term career growth
