Report Processor – Manhattan, NY

Do you have a sharp eye for detail and like keeping things organized? The IMA Group is hiring a Report Processor in Manhattan to help ensure our medical and assessment reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. You'll work closely with our clinical team and play a direct role in the quality of every evaluation we produce.
What You'll Do- Review medical and assessment reports for accuracy and completeness
- Process and organize reports according to company standards
- Partner with medical professionals and evaluators to resolve missing information
- Verify data for consistency and quality
- Maintain organized records and databases of processed reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, report processing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with office software and databases
- Ability to multitask and work well on a team
