Overview
Location: Midtown Manhattan (5 days onsite)
Pay: Up to $40/hour
Duration: 6-month contract
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior professionals on a fast-paced trading floor. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- calendar management
- meeting coordination
- travel arrangements
- preparing reports and correspondence
- handling confidential information
- supporting day-to-day administrative needs
- 3+ years as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
- Trading floor experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication, judgment, and multitasking abilities
