Marketing and Development Associate

Elevator Repair Service Theater (ERS) is looking for a creative, highly‑organized Marketing and Development Associate to join its small, collaborative staff of five in New York City.

The role combines marketing, development, and administrative responsibilities: managing all ERS social‑media channels, preparing and distributing marketing emails, updating the website, and acting as a press liaison.

The associate will also lead grant‑writing efforts under the Development Director, maintain the donor database (Bloomerang), coordinate donor outreach, and support the annual ERS gala and board meetings.

Administrative duties include calendar management for the Artistic Director, office organization, inventory control, and general office support.

The position is full‑time, non‑exempt, with a salary of $52,000–$55,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes
