To support the day-to-day operations of the Financial Services Sales Division. Assure proper efficiency and smooth operation of the Financial Services Sales Division by completing necessary administrative and secretarial tasks. Provide reliable support to assigned managers and staff by completing allotted tasks, projects, and assignments as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide timely reports to the Agency Manager and Head of Ordinary Life Sales (HOOLS)
• Record all agency production, submitted cases and pending report.
• Updating New Business Log.
• Quarterly review of Term policies and Conversion notifications.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking the policy contracts process ensuring that they are distributed to the salespersons in a timely manner.
• Assist salespersons and Agency Managers with policy investigations and liaising with Claims, Underwriting, Compliance, and IT to resolve policy and system issues.
• Check all new business applications submitted for errors and photocopy all documents before sending them to the Underwriting Division, Compliance, and Bahama Health and saving to the Shared Drive.
• Assist in planning Financial Services socials and Company events (Awards Day, Convention, Founder's Day, etc.).

Knowledge & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (email)
