The Kendall County Circuit Clerk's Office is seeking a dependable and organized individual for the full-time position of Deputy Clerk. This position performs a variety of routine office and clerical duties related to the receipt, review, processing, and maintenance of official records for the Kendall County Circuit Court system.

• Process and maintain court records and related documents
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
• Assist with the receipt and review of court filings and records
• Accurately enter and maintain information using computer systems
• Provide professional customer service and communication
• Handle multiple assignments while following established procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong oral communication and customer service skills
• General working knowledge of computers
• Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment
• Must be available Monday through Friday during regular business hours and occasionally work additional hours as needed

Starting Pay: $17.35 per hour

This position is represented by AFSCME Council 31
, with future wage increases established through the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
