The Program Coordinator will coordinate statewide initiatives and events, manage program data and reporting, and proactively track assignments and projects through completion.

Proactively communicate with CCD committees to identify needs, track commitments, close outstanding items, and coordinate additional program support when needed.
  • Coordinate logistics and provide onsite or remote support for workforce events, career fairs, contractor meetings, presentations, and other statewide outreach initiatives. Represent the program professionally when engaging with job seekers, contractors, partners, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report program performance data, including job seeker engagement and placements, contractor and partner activities, events, outreach, financial information, and key performance indicators. Prepare and support monthly, annual, and ad hoc reporting; maintain accurate tracking systems and spreadsheets; monitor metrics for gaps or inconsistencies; and coordinate necessary corrections with Program Leads and team members before submission.
  • Support statewide workforce development and contractor incentive and reimbursement initiatives, including job‑readiness, internship, veteran, and other workforce funding programs. Coordinate agreements and supporting documentation, participant and contractor tracking, invoicing and reimbursement documentation, financial tracking and reconciliation, reporting, and internal accounting coordination. Maintain cross‑training necessary to provide backup support or assume administration of an assigned initiative as program needs require.
  • Maintain statewide program calendars, including the master Calendar of Events,  calendar, social media calendar, and required internal event submissions. Ensure event information is complete, accurate, current, and consistently reflected across applicable program platforms.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, tracking, and quality review of program documentation, including event feedback forms, meeting summaries and action items, job seeker and contractor success stories, photos, participant information, event outcomes, and supporting materials.
