Office Manager

Four Winds Hospital is a leading provider of specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults. We want you to join our Four Winds Family.

We are seeking a full-time Office Manager for our Health Services department.

The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.

• Receptionist tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting patients/visitors; scheduling appointments
• Maintaining medical stock
• Managing information systems for Employee Health and Infection Prevention
• Pharmacy tasks include checking inventory for expiration dates

• High school diploma required with preference given to those with a secondary education
• Three years of secretarial experience with experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet software/Excel and taking medical related minutes is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of our Health Services and Pharmacy departments
