Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking a Safety Administrator in Long Island City, NY. The role supports the Risk & Safety team with case management, compliance, and documentation in a permanent, hybrid setting (3 days onsite, 2 remote) with flexibility to work onsite more when needed.
The candidate will manage cases, prepare government reports, and handle OSHA and workers' compensation matters, using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
