Account Clerk - Part Time, Temporary

The Payroll Department has a temporary opening for a part-time Account Clerk to assist with daily clerical and administrative responsibilities through June 30, 2027.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate payroll-related records.
• Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining confidential documents.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Payroll Department.
• Assist with processing and reviewing payroll-related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous payroll experience preferred. Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, or office administration is a plus.

  Up to 25 hours per week
• Duration:
  Temporary position through June 30, 2027
