The Client Services Representative provides front-office and administrative support to help daily operations run smoothly.
You will be one of the first people our clients meet, so a friendly, professional, and helpful approach is essential.
Primary responsibilities:- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Greet and check in clients
- Verify insurance and contact information
- Collect co‑payments
- Respond to client questions
- Assist with medical records
- Maintain office supplies
- Support clinical and administrative staff
- Protect confidential client information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous medical or behavioral health office experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Strong computer and data‑entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced office
