Communicate with insurance companies and managed care organizations to obtain required admission pre-certifications and confirm applicable coverage requirements.

Complete intake documentation, insurance information, and required data entry accurately and in a timely manner.

Communicate admission decisions, insurance updates, and intake outcomes to appropriate internal teams, patients, families, and referral sources, as authorized.

Coordinate with regional service representatives and referring agencies when prospective admissions are canceled, declined, or referred to alternative providers.
