  • Own planning and execution for all-hands meetings and leadership off-sites, including agenda design, presentation materials, budget, logistics coordination andfollow-up.

Communication and Representation:

  • Act as a trusted voice for the CRO with other Genius executives, the Commercial organization, and with external partners and clients.
  • Draft communications, handle inquiries independently, and elevate only what needs the CRO’s attention.
  • Help the CRO manage priority client and partner relationships by preparing for meetings, tracking commitments, and coordinating executive engagement.
  • Build and use strong working relationships across the organization to remove blockers, gather context, and keep the CRO informed.
  • Handle sensitive commercial, financial, and people information with discretion, using sound judgment on what to communicate, when, and to who.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience providing Executive level support or business partnering, ideally within a Commercial / Sales function.
