Night Shift Service Manager - Patchogue, NY. Full Time.

Location:

368 E Main St Patchogue, NY . Starting pay: $30.00-$35.00/hr.

Shift options: 4 Day Work Week (9PM-7AM) or 5 Day Work Week (9PM-6AM).

• As a hands-on Service Manager in a Fleet Service Center, manage the team, schedule service appointments, and organize workflow to deliver quality work on time.
• Turn a vehicle from start to finish, including billing, point of sale software interaction, and documentation.
• Act as the bridge between Fleet owners, managers, and associates to ensure guest satisfaction and safety as a top priority.
• Document all work on repair orders; communicate safety issues to management; promote teamwork; and maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform line technician services as needed (line work, inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid services, tire installation).
• Respect manual task requirements, including lifting and handling tires and wheels, while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 1 year of previous automotive service management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No relocation offered for this position
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Preferred: automotive service sales experience; ASE Certification
