Key Responsibilities:

• Customer-Centric Approach: Greet and assist service customers with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Expertise in Tire Services: Maintain certification in major tire brands, TPMS, vehicle alignment, and tire balancing.
• Knowledgeable Professional: Stay informed about manufacturer tire rebates, GM offers, and Tire Price Match Guarantee programs.
• Operational Excellence: Create repair orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Quality Assurance: Review MPVI reports, track and report necessary information to the Service Manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Two to four years of related experience and/or training in tire sales and services.
• Certifications: Certified in TPMS, vehicle alignment, and tire balancing.
• Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, speak effectively with customers and employees.
• License: Valid Driver's License.
