Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Diagnose technical issues and perform routine inspections/maintenance.
• Repair brakes, perform fluid flushes, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Conduct system diagnostics and provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues immediately.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and age 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Commitment to learning new technologies.
• Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A.S.E. Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition experience.

• Line technician services, routine inspections, system diagnostics, and problem solving.
• Brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Guest service and communication.
• Documentation and safety reporting.
• Teamwork and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
