Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $16.00 - $20.00/hr (actual may vary based on experience, skills and market). Selected candidates are eligible for a comprehensive benefit package: medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

Shift Information

Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform routine inspections/maintenance.
  • Repair brakes, perform fluid flushes, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues immediately.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians.
What We Consider
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and age 18 or older.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Commitment to learning new technologies.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions.
  • Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • A.S.E. Certification.
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
  • Electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition experience.
