Automotive Biller/Title Clerk – Volvo of Smithtown

Empire Automotive Group – Volvo of Smithtown is on the lookout for a driven, detail‑focused FT/PT Automotive Biller/Title Clerk to join our fast‑growing team. Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Billing new and used car deliveries, wholesales and swaps (including all DMV work)
• Maintain temporary license plate logs and manage plates, in‑transit permits, and related inventory.
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work.
• Verify and maintain systems for out‑of‑state titles.
• Break down vehicle deals/payoffs and input all information into the DMS.
• Report rebates as required.
• Maintain the police book in Verify keeping all inventory records up to date.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

• Experience preferred, with knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite and Verify, but willing to train the right person.
• Strong organizational, analytical & problem‑solving skills.
• You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team‑player" attitude.
