Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Automotive Service Dispatcher to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the communication hub of our service department—coordinating workflow, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring our customers receive fast, reliable service.

• Efficiently dispatch repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on skill level and availability
• Maintain clear communication between service advisors and technicians
• Monitor work progress to ensure on-time completion
• Update repair orders and manage workflow in the shop management system
• Help maintain a smooth, organized, and safe shop environment
• Assist with customer updates as needed

• Experience in an automotive service environment (dispatching preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced shop
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with shop software a plus
