Description of the role:
South Shore Kia, a reputable automotive dealership in Copiague, New York, is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller to join our team. As an Automotive Biller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of automotive sales and service paperwork. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive dealership operations.
Responsibilities:- Process automotive sales and service paperwork with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and submit documentation for vehicle registrations, title transfers, and insurance claims
- Verify and reconcile deals, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff to resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and files for all vehicle transactions
- Prior experience as an Automotive Biller or similar role within an automotive dealership is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and service paperwork
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as dealership management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 per year
