Management and Manufacturing, Motor Vehicle Manufacturing

• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade‑ins
• Bills all retail deals and prepares certificates of origin
• Ensures that all trade‑in paperwork is completed properly
• Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations
• Other tasks as assigned
• Work everyday including Saturdays with one day off per week
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state they will be titled
• Prepare necessary paperwork for submission to the DMV Agency
• Check all paperwork for correct title and lien information

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an automotive title & billing clerk
• Experience with CDK
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment
