Automotive Mechanic; Pine , NY - Elmira Area

Curren Powersports is afamily owned and operated powersports and trailer dealer in Pine City, NY. We carry a variety of products including ATVs, SXSs,Motorcycles, Compact Tractors, Utility Trailers, Dump Trailers, Equipment Trailers, Cargo Trailer, and Car Trailers.
We have an opening for a full time Automotive Mechanic. We are looking for someone hard working with good attention to detail. The Automotive Mechanic is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs. Attention to detail is a must.

• Perform vehicle maintenance:
  Oil Changes, Tire Changes, Brakes, and other common maintenance tasks
• Diagnose Customer Complaints and perform appropriate repairs
• Install Accessories such as trailer hitches, brake controllers, truck caps, tonneau covers, and bumpers
• May assist with Powersports, Tractor, or Trailer repairs and Powersports Assembly
• Assist with unloading and assembly of trailers
• Assist other technicians with repairs
• Document jobs, parts used, and warranty data
• Other tasks as assigned
• A NY State Inspector License is a plus, not required

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or equivalent or still enrolled
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and work with limited supervision
