ERS ELITE is partnering with a Staten Island automotive group that is expanding and hiring A-Level Automotive Technicians for full‑time, union positions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high‑quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting on engines, electrical systems, drivability concerns, and mechanical components
  • Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership regarding repair status and recommendations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with OEM standards, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership’s values and reputation
Qualifications:
  • A‑Level Automotive Technician / Master‑level skill set
  • 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
  • ASE and/or OEM certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to produce quality work with minimal comebacks
  • Professional, reliable, and team‑focused

This position is not intended for entry‑level or lube technicians.
