TRUCK FITTER DEALER: Repairs, and service company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Service Department.
Job Description but not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely response - Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders.
- Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment.
- Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.
- Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.
- Vehicle Tracking - log in info.
- IPad usage.
- Data Entry.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Experience:
Automotive experience a MUST (Cars & Trucks)
A clean NYS driver’s license (preferred)
WILL TRAIN

- Time
- Winter
Hours:
Monday
- Friday 8am- 4:30pm
Part-Time flexible hours available
SALARY - BASED ON EXPERIENCE
