Auto Nation is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers in our state-of-the-art service departments. You will set appointments, greet customers, assess vehicle needs from walk-arounds and test drives, and present cost estimates clearly.
You will use a consultative selling approach to plan ongoing maintenance, generate repair orders, and keep customers updated while maintaining high CSI and loyalty. A valid in-state license is required.
