Pay range: $22-27 flat rate, based on experience

Schedule: 5 days per week between Monday-Saturday

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for automotive repair work both on-site and off-site at assigned locations. This individual utilizes their skills to diagnose and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. This employee will perform a number of maintenance services, recalls, and light repair.

Busy Ford shop:
Average of 2300 RO Count/Month
27 Bays and 1 Alignment Bay
All Senior Tech’s provided their own diagnostic laptop

Responsibilities

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as “special tools”.
Complete all required training.
