We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support the efforts of our Novations, Futures Porting, and related product offerings (together our Portfolio Transfer business). The ideal candidate will learn client requirements and help manage the lifecycle of a Novation or a Position Transfer. They will work with complex customer data and collaborate with engineering to build operational workflows that increase customer value and growth.

• Perform daily operational client support related to the Capitolis Portfolio Transfer businesses.
• Support the execution of Portfolio Transfers: answering client queries, training clients to use the platform, relaying client requests to Product and Engineering for development, and analyzing client volume and trends.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to develop and test updates to product functionality.
• Collaborate with Adoption and Sales to offer client support on operational processes.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1‑2+ years of operations experience, ideally in Finance or Fin Tech.
• Ability to learn about FX and Futures operations.
• Advanced Excel knowledge a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a high‑volume of tasks with urgency.
• High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Happy to come into our New York office 5 days a week.

The target annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000. In addition to base salary, the compensation package includes an annual discretionary bonus, company equity, and company‑sponsored benefits and perks.
