Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the People and Places organization on a global enterprise project. This role involves analyzing data, mapping business processes, and providing strategic recommendations to inform key business decisions.
Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to support process improvement and strategic initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and prepare documentation to support planning and decision-making
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create business process maps and reports using tools such as Excel and Visio
- Strong HR data analysis and process mapping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions)
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred:
Knowledge of system design, integration, and software development methodologies
- Mid-Senior level
