Disney Theatrical Group (DTG) is seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills to join the team as Manager, Sales & Ticketing (Broadway). This position requires experience in inventory and yield management, ticketing operations, budgetary management, sales strategy, relationship management, and an understanding of the Broadway market. The role reports to the Director, Sales & Ticketing.
DTG aims to tell compelling, diverse, and enduring stories through live theater and collaborates with internal partners (e.g., company management, marketing, finance) and external partners (box offices and third-party sales partners).

Responsibilities- Manage the ticketing operations of DTG Broadway productions, including:
- Complete event builds for new blocks of tickets and coordinate with box offices, Ticketmaster, Broadway Direct, and other partners to ensure proper implementation in ticketing systems
- Manage new performance on-sales by confirming/configuring event details and pricing, generating distributor sales memos, and communicating these memos to sales partners to advocate for shows
- Manage the execution of promo codes, promo pages, and marketing assets
- Manage relationships with direct-to-consumer partners for offer implementation and site placement
- Act as the point of contact for Broadway group sales and direct-to-consumer partners, as well as Disney fan environments
- Maintain the Ticketmaster marketing relationship
- Manage relationships with several industry partners to provide service for negotiated ticket buys
- Allocate, forecast, and reconcile an approximately $1M budget to empower sales efforts
- Build and execute reports for weekly buyer data to maintain the integrity of the buyer CRM database
- Collaborate daily with internal partners (management, marketing, finance) and external partners
- Manage yield management and data analysis for DTG Broadway productions, including:
- Dynamically pricing productions
- Monitoring distressed inventory
- Determining lottery and special offer allocations
- Weekly analysis and updates, including:
- Tracking sales pacing and revenue forecasting
- Creating pricing proposals and providing sales updates to internal teams
- Updating best-availability calendars and coordinating light travel as needed
- 3+ years’ experience in the entertainment/theatre/sports industry with proven proficiency in ticketing/sales operations and data-driven decision making
- Extensive knowledge of Ticketmaster and at least one other ticketing system
- Understanding of the Broadway sales partners (existing relationships preferred, but not required)
- Strong understanding of yield management and inventory management principles
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; ability to convey technical/data-based information to a broad audience
- High proficiency with Excel
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for theater and/or the Disney brand
Disney Theatrical Group adheres to equal employment opportunity principles. The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $94,100 to $121,700 per year; actual offers depend on internal equity, geographic region, knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation such as bonus and/or long-term incentive units, plus benefits, may be provided.
