Sales Manager

An internationally leading packaging company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and support a team of eight sales representatives across the Northeast region. This hybrid role involves managing and coaching the team remotely, traveling to meet with them in the field, and occasionally coming into the office to collaborate and shape strategy. This is a player-coach position focused on driving revenue growth, improving margins, and expanding market presence in the corrugated packaging industry.

While you won't carry your own accounts, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting reps during key meetings and guiding strategic sales efforts.

• Corrugated packaging sales experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales teams, ideally in corrugated packaging.
• Strong understanding of the Northeast packaging markets.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and support high-performing sales teams.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
