We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Group Operations — a strategic, commercially minded operator who can both build scalable systems and drive measurable business growth across Fora’s Groups segment. This role is part strategist, part operator, part community builder. You’ll oversee the operational backbone of our Groups business — optimizing contracting, logistics, and execution — while also enabling Fora advisors to grow revenue and deliver outstanding group experiences.

You’ll report to the GM, Groups and work closely with advisors, partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure our group programs are efficient, profitable, and high-impact.

• Lead end-to-end operations for Fora’s group travel business (MICE, weddings, milestone, and affinity groups), ensuring consistent, exceptional execution.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scalable workflows for contracting, vendor coordination, and fulfillment.
• Partner with advisors to guide project management, supplier negotiations, and event logistics from proposal to post-travel wrap-up.
