• Collaborate with client deployment teams to drive Manufacturing Excellence transformations across diverse industries.
• Support clients in designing and implementing operational improvements within their manufacturing environments.
• Take ownership of work streams and contribute to high-impact client engagements, delivering top-tier services aligned with EY’s global methodologies and tools.
• Play an active role in developing EY’s thought leadership and methodologies in manufacturing, while cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
  Operational Excellence, P&G IWS, TPM, or manufacturing-focused management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading manufacturing excellence projects and managing project teams.
• Fluency in English is essential, as you’ll collaborate daily with international clients.
• Industry experience in Consumer Products or Life Sciences is highly desirable.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across Europe—up to 80% of your time.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management.
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus.
• Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) are an advantage.
