Account Director

Mediafly is looking for high-impact Global Account Directors to join our Enterprise Sales team and drive growth across our top-tier North American accounts. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of Mediafly’s revenue growth initiatives, leading strategic engagements with some of the world’s most recognized brands.

As an Account Director, you’ll focus on both new logo acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Pre‑Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your ability to connect business outcomes with Mediafly’s value will directly shape our customers’ success and our continued market leadership.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and play a visible, strategic role in shaping the future of our go‑to‑market efforts.

Responsibilities of a Global Account Director:
  • Serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert on all Mediafly products and offerings, driving both new logo acquisition and expansion within existing global accounts.
  • Navigate and lead multi‑level, multi‑region deals with senior decision‑makers, including C‑level executives.
  • Partner strategically with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, ensure forecast accuracy, and set clear client expectations.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance to the Account Development Directors and other members of the sales organization.
  • Contribute to global go‑to‑market strategies for key Mediafly products, leveraging subject matter expertise and certifications.
  • Represent Mediafly in industry thought‑leadership initiatives, speaking engagements, and advisory sessions within the Sales Enablement and broader enterprise technology space.
  • Maintain and grow strategic client relationships globally, with travel as required to key markets.
  • Continuously evaluate sales business processes and implement improvements to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.
  • Lead proposals, executive presentations, pricing strategies, and complex contract negotiations.
  • Leverage executive‑level influence to generate new opportunities and advance strategic deals, ensuring maximum engagement with Mediafly solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional presence, including social media engagement, to enhance Mediafly’s brand and community within the industry.
  • Demonstrate Mediafly technology during client engagements to showcase best practices and drive adoption.
  • Use Deal Desk and other sales enablement tools to produce professional, well‑branded proposals and materials.
We would love to work with you if you have:
  • Extremely motivated with 7+ years of experience in software sales, account management, or business development, focused on enterprise and global accounts.
  • Proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions into executive‑level audiences, including CMO, CRO, CIO, and other senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
