Overview
The Procurement Analyst II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the on-time delivery of the product purchasing portfolio to support the procurement Production Team. This position is located in Miami, Florida and is onsite or hybrid (2 to 3 days on site and the balance from home).
Responsibilities- Ensure that the right material is at the right place, at the right time.
- Implement continuous improvement in purchasing processes.
- Take ownership in managing vendor relationships and on-time delivery.
- Relentlessly search for margin expansion opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience; or, a master's degree in a relevant field with 0-2 years of experience.
- Demonstrable history of outstanding performance managing on-time vendor delivery of sophisticated products.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management techniques and best industry practices.
- Purchasing a range of parts from different commodities.
- Experience working in a collaborative cross-functional manner.
- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
