Reporting directly to the Sales Director of North America, this position is responsible for business development, growing customer accounts, and ensuring top line growth. It fosters cross-functional team collaboration to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations. We are looking for a talented, driven, sustainability minded contributor to join our quickly growing North American team.

The preferred location for this role is East Coast, USA.

**** Education and experience required:
*** University degree in a relevant field (MBA highly preferred)
* 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial packaging (flexibles preferred)
* Proven experience delivering aggressive growth and sales development
* Successful management of national and regional customers
* Experience selling to customers of all sizes with a focus on commercial excellence
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for positive engagement
· Technical understanding of the flexible packaging and converting industry
· Identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and formulate sales tactics
· Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships to maximize revenue growth
· Develop accurate sales forecasts and deliver against targets
· Effective negotiation and influencing skills
· Proactive, energetic, with good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
· Ability to travel throughout North America
· At least 2 years experience in the flexible packaging industry
