Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (Huber Agro Solutions) European-based businesses. The role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24-month consensus forecast and contributes to the annual budgeting cycle.

Main Responsibilities

Drive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24-month forecast.
  • Monitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends.
  • Communicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts.
  • Compare forecasts against prior month, year, and budget; analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis.
  • Support the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical-based processes.
  • Restate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis.
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP):

Utilize Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP Cloud, EPM Cloud).
  • Develop interim Excel-based tools during the transition to Oracle Demand Planning Cloud and support system rollout as sites migrate to Oracle.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance; collaborate with global teams across NA, SA, and Asia; share best practices to standardize processes across the HAS platform.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in S&OP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Solid business acumen with understanding of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and key commercial drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex data.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills across all levels; able to present insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • ASCM CPIM certification is a plus.
