Responsibilities- Lead staff and coordinate people within and outside the operation.
- Communicate daily demands and follow up with other supporting departments and management leaders.
- Write and conduct annual reviews, monitor daily attendance, execute payroll and time away from work approvals.
- Cross‑train and serve as back‑up in supporting positions.
- Responsible for cross‑training staff throughout the operation.
- Support the day‑to‑day business needs: cycle counts, RTS, pick, packing, processing orders, operating forklift, loading and unloading raw materials, and other assigned warehouse duties.
- Open to working additional hours if needed, including Saturdays and end of the month.
- Must work as a team and know how to navigate around a warehouse.
- Order administration: picking, handling material, lifting, counting (Material Requisition s), and picking production orders.
- Other duties as assigned where needed (other buildings & departments).
- Must be reliable with strong leadership skills; 3 to 5 years experience leading a staff.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices & procedures within a warehouse.
- Ability to follow written & verbal instructions and guidelines to perform the functions of the assigned daily work.
- Display initiative within assigned tasks to complete them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use pallet jack and be able to lift 40‑50 lbs.
- Operate forklift (turret truck). Training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer experience: SAP, Outlook, Dayforce, Excel spreadsheets, etc.
