Your New RoleWe are searching for an ESG Analyst to join the Ausbil team. The role will primarily focus on ESG research on ASX companies, reporting, voting and client communication.
ESG Research and EngagementsInitiate and maintain ESG research on ASX companies, ensuring ESG integration between the investments team across all funds. Undertake ESG‑related engagements with ASX companies.
Reporting and VotingESG reporting, ESG‑related engagement to clients and external stakeholders. Support AGM and EGM voting in line with ESG research and analysis.
ESG Communication and otherIn conjunction with the Head of ESG, assist with ESG Client Communication requirements. Responsible for ESG databases, sustainability committee, special projects, thought leadership, product development, marketing and roadshow contributions.
About YouYou will ideally have either at least 3-5 years of ESG related experience within Funds Management and hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Management or leadership experience
