We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and empower a cross-functional sprint team on Fora’s Advisor Enablement pod. Our team's mission is to empower a new generation of travel entrepreneurs by designing smart, scalable tools that make trip planning seamless and impactful. From itinerary builders to workflow automations, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and your engineers to drive impactful business outcomes and craft solutions that free advisors to focus on what they do best: curating extraordinary travel experiences.

Your work will involve a balanced mix of building new, innovative features from scratch and enhancing existing functionality.

We expect our managers to be masters of the craft and be able to go deep into the details, mastering the fundamentals and honing their skills. The ideal candidate is a first principles thinker who is passionate about developing people, driving technical excellence, and achieving sustainable business results through thoughtful leadership and collaboration.
