Your new teamFrontify's Global Partnerships team is a community of highly motivated people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds ranging across Sales, Agencies, Marketing, and Customer Success. Together, they elevate the company and grow as people.
Your MissionIn this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and expanding Frontify’s ecosystem across the U.S., with a focus on digital agencies, DAM consultants, boutique tech consultancies, and strategic resellers. You’ll identify, onboard, and enable the right partners to amplify our market reach, drive joint revenue, and position Frontify as the go‑to brand management solution in the U.S.
Your Responsibilities- Proactively identify and acquire digital and consulting partners that align with Frontify’s vision and value proposition.
- Build and manage a portfolio of partners — from DAM consultants and resellers to digital transformation specialists — and help them build sustainable business around Frontify.
- Lead enablement and co‑selling efforts with partners, ensuring they can confidently position, demo, and integrate Frontify’s offerings.
- Collaborate closely with our marketplace team to explore solutions and integrations that extend Frontify’s ecosystem.
- Develop joint go‑to‑market initiatives and partner campaigns new opportunities and expansion within existing customer bases.
- Track and optimize partner performance and pipeline, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and market reach.
- Represent Frontify at industry events, partner summits, and digital transformation forums, positioning our platform as the hub for modern brand management.
- You’re comfortable in a hybrid setup, with 2 days a week in our NYC office and the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
- You have 7+ years of experience in business development, partner management, and or enterprise sales — ideally in SaaS, but a deep knowledge of DAM ecosystems being a pre‑requisite.
- You understand the digital agency and consultancy landscape, with experience working with system integrators, boutique consultancies, or resellers.
- You bring a strategic and consultative sales mindset, balancing long‑term relationship‑building with measurable business outcomes.
- You’re confident leading technical and business conversations, translating platform value into tangible ROI.
- You’re organized, proactive, and data‑driven — comfortable building your own pipeline and seeing opportunities through to success.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross‑functionally across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with other brand management or creative tech tools (Adobe, Figma, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.) is a plus.
$133,000 - $166,000 a year
