Establishes, manages and develops a strong relationship along with strong sales execution of selected BSH brands to specific Key Account customer.
Territory is Southern CT, Long Island NY, NJ and East PA.
- Develops and maintains relationships with Key Account customer. Builds and manages multi-level relationships with buyers, MM, and Builder sales.
- Develops brand/model plan-to-sell strategy including pricing, competitive & gap analysis, order flow and inventory optimization and forecasting.
- Manages model line transitions and integration into PTS.
- Reviews & writes RA's, as needed, while also questioning Key Account warehouse personnel on delivery and damage issues. Coordinates returned goods for sale to dealer network, OTC (out of the carton) goods.
- Responsible for all communication between Key Account and BSH.
- Coordinates and directs Merchandisers’ responsibilities and tasks.
- Gathers & analyzes competitive regional group pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, show programs, SPA's, truckload programs, etc.).
- Organizes & manages regional trainings (either at Key Account offices or showroom/hotel locations) with BSH Training department
- Develops programming throughout the year. This may include truckload programs, SPA's, builder sales, etc.
- Manages the information flow to RMM & Director/General Manager on a weekly basis about developments that are both positive and negative.
- Develops & maintains product knowledge of all BSH Brands.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 Years of Experience (Sales or Marketing experience) – Required
- 3-5 Years of Experience (Negotiating experience) – Required
- Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc.
- can include overnight and weekends. - Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory.
- Must have an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV.
- Strong team leadership skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven sales track record of success
- Must live in the territory of So. CT, Long Island NY, NJ or East PA.
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based onyourspecific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

- Two weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH.
- Unlimited paid vacation for all Director and above level positions.
- The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line).
- 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line).
- 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day).

- BSH provides ongoing product training, uniforms, computer tablet, cell phone and a company vehicle for eligible positions.
